By accessing and using the OMTech website, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Services by, any third party. Laser cutting, engraving, welding, and printing equipment requires proper training and compliance with local occupational safety, fire, and electrical codes.
While we take reasonable care to publish accurate product specifications, prices, and imagery, OMTech reserves the right to correct inadvertent errors at any time. Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and exclude sales tax, shipping, and applicable duties unless stated otherwise.
Each OMTech product is covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty. Warranty period varies by machine category and is described on each product page. Consumables (laser tubes, ink, print-heads, filters) are covered by shorter warranty terms noted on the consumable product page.
OMTech laser products comply with FDA / CDRH 21 CFR 1040 and IEC 60825-1 Class 4 regulations. Buyers are responsible for maintaining the machine in its enclosed configuration, using the provided safety glasses, and training operators per ANSI Z136.1 recommendations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OMTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Services or the Products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or shop downtime.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
